  Are there any updates to this issue, since it is now possible to create instances in Europe?

  I really like the way appharbor works, but unfortunately performance is not always acceptable when an appharbor site is accessed from Brazil (too many hops). I have even experienced timeouts, every now and then. I think having an instance in Brazil would be a good starting point to serve the whole of South America.
